About DMAR International

Hands‑on experience at sea and across the offshore oil & gas, renewables and shipbuilding sectors. Involved at every stage: marine operations, project management, client representation and MWS consultancy.

Core expertise

  • Pipeline and cable laying; installation spreads and anchor patterns
  • On/Off‑hire, suitability surveys and inspections (Jack‑Up, Semi‑Sub, HLV/HCV, tugs, barges, flotels, floating cranes, crew boats)
  • Anchor handling, towing, jacket launching, topsides float‑over, hook‑up, barge moves and positioning
  • Cargo handling, ballast & stability control, tank cleaning and environmental considerations
  • Safety preparedness and training; lifting gear and deck plant maintenance

Project attendance

  • Sakarya: Deepwater pipeline installation (Phase I)
  • Zohr: Subsea development, Petrobel / Saipem
  • Vineyard Wind: Offshore wind foundations and cable installation
  • Kashagan I&T: AGIP / NCOC, D-Island integration and tow
  • BP ACG (Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli): Platform transport and load-out assurance
  • TCO FGP – Tengiz: Module transport and offload supervision
  • Borwin 3: Offshore converter platform, Drydocks World Dubai
  • Dalma Gas Development: ADNOC / NPCC, load-out and towage support
  • Bul Hanine: Qatar Petroleum / McDermott, platform transport assurance
  • Al Fadhil: Petrofac / Saudi Aramco, pipeline installation MWS review
